• Tubing Hill and surrounding recreation areas
• Guests must be directed and assisted in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Safety guidelines and resort policies enforced.
• Equipment and work areas inspected daily for safe operation.
• Crowd management and monitoring of guest behavior.
• Knowledge of resort amenities, activities, and local attractions to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, direct, and assist guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Respond calmly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, or incidents.
• Perform opening, operational, and closing procedures for the attraction.
• Assist with other Recreation Department activities and special events as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible to work holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to read written instructions and write legibly.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Clear speaking voice.
• Great customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
