Ambulatory URMC Urology – Geneseo Location - RN 2, Outpt

Responsibilities

• Provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards.
• Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.
• Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services.
• Assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
• Provides proficient patient care including service to patient units (complex) urological needs.
• Requires strong teaching skills to meet needs of families, students, and staff.

Requirements

• Flexible to meet the needs of growing practice.
• Great team work and communication skills.
• 3 years’ experience recommended.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Part-time (20 hours) position available, Days, 8 hour shifts.

Skills

• Strong teaching skills.

• The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.
• Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Pay

• Compensation Range: $38.76 - $52.33
