Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Thoughtfully coordinate and oversee the clinical team
• Achieve compassionate, high-quality care for clinic patients and families
• Support patients in meeting health goals
• Maintain monitoring of outcomes
• Optimize service utilization
• Maintain vital communication with patients, providers, and staff

Required

• Current Washington state licensure as an RN
• CPR certification is required every two (2) years
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Phone skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Current working knowledge of electronic medical records
