Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Thoughtfully coordinate and oversee the clinical team
- Achieve compassionate, high-quality care for clinic patients and families
- Support patients in meeting health goals
- Maintain monitoring of outcomes
- Optimize service utilization
- Maintain vital communication with patients, providers, and staff
Required
- Current Washington state licensure as an RN
- CPR certification is required every two (2) years
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Phone skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Current working knowledge of electronic medical records
