Ambulatory Nurse Manager Wound Care Clinic

This position reports to a Market or Service Line Nurse Director and collaborates with Service Line or Market Leaders to execute strategy and ensure operational and clinical care alignment. The manager fosters provider and employee engagement, promoting a culture of patient and employee safety, quality care, and customer experience. Partners with leaders to define, implement, and track system-wide care standards aligned with the Medical Group’s vision and strategy.

Position Details

• Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• In-person, no remote work
• Clinical oversight over 3 locations
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Responsibilities

• Build and support provider and employee engagement to promote patient and employee safety, quality care, and customer experience.
• Partner with Service Line or Market Leaders, Operations, and Medical leaders to ensure system-wide care standards are defined, implemented, followed, and tracked.
• Align clinical care with the vision and strategy of the Medical Group.
• Develop and implement clinical and business quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate effective verbal, written, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Navigate and utilize clinical IT systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (education verified).
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Active Nursing Licensure in the state of practice.
• Two years of nursing experience in a primary or specialty care clinic.
• Five years of progressive experience in the healthcare system or ambulatory care setting.
• Experience in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration.
• Ambulatory/clinic experience in a leadership role.

Physical Requirements

• Communicate information by interacting with others.
• Operate computers and office equipment requiring finger and hand movement.
• Read computer monitors and documents.
• Remain sitting or standing for extended periods while performing work on computers, telephones, or other equipment.

Pay

Hourly range: $39.13 - $60.39 (actual rate dependent upon experience).
