Ambulatory Care Rep-NPO

About the role

Provides both first point of contact as well as follow-up coordination of high level patient scheduled services. Responsible to identify and escalate patient scheduling related concerns to Director and facilitate communication to nurse navigators and clinical team on behalf of patient.

Responsibilities

• Assists Director with special projects associated with provider clinic changes
• Rescheduling patients visits
• Coordination of all ancillary testing associated with schedule

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years experience in a related role
• General Experience and extensive knowledge of provider schedules
• Familiarity with scheduling protocols associated with other clinical departments
