The incumbent is responsible for the overall supervision of the Clinic. Works closely with Medical Center administration and clinic physicians to ensure seamless operation between all activities related to directing and evaluating patient care activities, managing clinical resources, and developing and monitoring organizational policy and procedures.

Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze operational data
- Previous lead or supervisory experience
- Previous experience working in a primary or specialty care clinic
- Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to identify priorities while managing multiple assignments simultaneously
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
- Customer service skills appropriate to the job
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and practices especially as relates to practice management
- Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms
- Experience working in a UC and/or union environment
- Current California LVN license
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
- Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent education and experience
