About The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Creative Content Creator who understands modern social media, especially TikTok-style content. We need someone creative, fast, ambitious, and hungry to grow. This is not a role for someone passive, lazy, or waiting to be told every small task. We want someone who takes responsibility, learns every day, and wants to become better.

Responsibilities

You will help create:

• Social media graphics
• Short-form videos
• TikTok / Reels-style content
• Product visuals
• Ads and creative content
• Edited videos using CapCut
• Canva designs
• Photoshop edits
• AI-assisted video concepts using Google Veo 3 or similar tools

Salary

Starting salary: ?20,000 PHP per month for the first 4 months. After the first 4 months, salary can be renegotiated depending on: Quality of work, Speed of execution, Creativity, Reliability, Results, Level of responsibility taken.
