Graphic Designer, Creative
How you will contribute to the mission
Develop creative concepts by interpreting ideas, goals, and project requirements
Design and produce a wide range of visual assets across print and digital platforms
Translate concepts into thoughtful layouts, typography, and visual systems
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, web, and beyond) to bring ideas to life
Prepare and deliver polished, production-ready files using industry-standard tools
Partner with external vendors, printers, and creative partners when needed
Continuously refine designs based on feedback, ensuring high-quality, impactful outcomes
Contribute to the evolution and consistency of BETA’s visual brand
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, range, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- A keen eye for visual composition, typography, and layout
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset
- Foundational understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication
Above and Beyond
- 3+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency)
- Familiarity with web design principles and front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Photography and/or photo editing skills
- A curiosity-driven mindset and a desire to keep learning and expanding your creative toolkit
Pay
The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role.
