Ambassador in Training -Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests
• Assist guests with skill games, explain gaming rules, and play and payout process
• Provide hospitality at the lodge
• Bartend and cook in the brewery
• Alert tech or gaming floor manager of any malfunctioning games
• Facilitate bingo games
• Perform light cleaning duties related to gaming floor, lodge, and cabins
• Maintain compliance with all rules and regulations
• Perform all other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check
• Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Basic computer skills
• Availability to work all shifts including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Must be 21 years old or older

Make up to $43,992 within your first year.
