PATIENT AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Patient Ambassador to join our team at Allegheny General Hospital. The role is full-time and requires prior customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Conducts new admission visits to assigned units within established timelines.
- Safeguards client satisfaction to ensure account retention.
- Promotes awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
- Customizes programs to meet each account's unique needs.
- Develops and monitors a department/unit patient satisfaction action plan.
- Encourages employee creativity and innovation.
- Provides recognition for successful program implementations.
- Completes housekeeping tasks as requested.
- Solves housekeeping issues and ensures follow-up.
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
- Ability to apply working knowledge of the environment to achieve goals.
- Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Pay and Schedule
$18.70 per hour to $22.00 per hour. Full-time, Monday - Friday, rotating weekends. Hours may vary.
