About the role

This position supports ambulatory clinics in managing patients requiring Specialty Pharmacy medications. It involves strong clinical oversight and patient education, improving clinic workflow, increasing patient satisfaction, and enhancing the volume of specialty medications dispensed through UK pharmacies.

Responsibilities

• Supports ambulatory clinics in managing patients requiring Specialty Pharmacy medications.

• Ensures safe practices for infusion therapy handling.
• Collaborates and communicates with multidisciplinary team members involved in providing services to patients.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $104,697-156,062/year, along with benefits commensurate with experience.

Pay

The starting salary for this position is $104,697 per year, with potential for growth based on performance and qualifications.

Schedule

The position is full-time, with a day shift from 8am-5pm, and includes some holiday requirements.
