As an ADC Engineer, you'll be part of a team that ensures the reliability and security of our cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Support AWS service operations while adhering to the highest standards of security and compliance
  • Investigate operational issues, work on service builds, and support customer cases
  • Identify problems before they happen and implement solutions that detect and prevent outages
  • Accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, work to improve the customer experience, and get the right things done

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+
  • Must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance
  • After start, must obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work
  • Detail oriented with superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure

Preferred Skills

  • 4+ years of highly scalable systems experience
  • Experience in compute and storage server architecture and design for large scale applications
  • Experience in managing or implementing system health, performance monitoring, capacity planning, or process improvement and automation
  • Understanding of functional programming concepts

Pay

Base salary range: $91,000.00 - $152,000.00 USD annually (based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location). Final compensation will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
