This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's degree, or Cloud+ or GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials) or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
  • 5+ years of Linux systems administration experience
  • 7+ years of scripting language experience
  • Experience in Network protocols like DNS/DHCP/TCP, or experience in Linux and Networking protocols
  • 5+ years of systems design, software development, operations, automation, and process improvement experience
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Perl)
  • Experience developing distributed service applications & developing user experience scenarios
  • Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS, or experience with one or more of the following domains: systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Node.JS, Java, Ruby, C#, Python, or PHP)
  • Experience maintaining distributed systems and web services
  • 4+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience
  • 4+ years of deploying and operating in a Linux/Unix environment experience

Pay

USA, MD, Jessup - 155,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
