Unilever’s CPFR Analyst role is a leadership position that drives best-practice sharing and development across the CPFR community. The analyst manages Amazon inventory replenishment at the ASIN level using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, SQL, Databricks, and other automation platforms. The role focuses on meeting customer in-stock goals, inventory targets, sales objectives, and fill rates while optimizing Amazon’s replenishment process to generate accurate customer forecasts for Unilever’s internal planning.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Amazon’s replenishment process to meet in-stock, inventory, and sales objectives while maintaining fill rates.
  • Prioritize workload using internal and external reports, define and design solution options, and evaluate technical feasibility.
  • Develop Tableau dashboards, Power BI dashboards using DAX, Power Automate flows, web applications, or similar technologies.
  • Lead the CPFR team in best practices, weekly meetings with Amazon, and key internal stakeholders to identify in-stock opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Use data to communicate changes in inventory, in-stocks, or POS trends for forecasts to internal supply chain/sales teams and the customer.
  • Manage projects driving supply chain or customer replenishment efficiencies and contribute to strategic design and build of data solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional colleagues internally and externally as one team, aligning expectations and holding others accountable.
  • Lead a team of individuals in personal development, career goals, and performance management to drive a high-performing team culture.
  • Support promotional forecasting recommendations and manage key events to ensure linkages to performance and incremental sales.
  • Act as a leading contributor and skilled customer data expert for strategic initiatives, integrating end-to-end customer data with Unilever data to develop meaningful insights.
  • Manage tactical demand forecasts and data at the customer level, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and supply chain process understanding.
  • Present data insights to management and develop talent through coaching, succession planning, and career pathing.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Logistics or Business-related fields.
  • 1-3 years of relevant analyst, forecasting, or planning experience.
  • Proficiency in data management and analytical skills.
  • Technical acumen in data integration, data analytics, and interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with data structures and data warehouse concepts (e.g., SQL).
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop others for success.
  • Certification in Supply Chain Academy or APICS is a plus.
  • Experience with Excel-based tools, Power BI, SAP, Databricks, or similar technologies.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Unilever considers a wide range of factors in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, qualifications, education, and business needs.
