Key Responsibilities
- Lead with professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence
- Maintain high standards for product quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety
- Support and develop bakery team members through coaching, accountability, and leadership
- Promote a safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment
- Uphold Tatte’s culture, values, and operational standards
- Work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Essential Functions / Working Conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout shifts
- Grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of management experience within high volume bakery or food production environments
- Ability or willingness to learn bakery manufacturing equipment including deck ovens, proofers, rack ovens, and fryers
- Ability to multitask effectively within fast-paced production environments
- Leadership skills to build and mentor high-performing teams
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices
- Preferred fluency in English and Spanish
