Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards
- Maintain the cleanliness of hotel common spaces and "back of house" areas
- Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with necessary amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or deficiencies to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Perform any additional tasks as requested by management
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel setting is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and products.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Basic English language proficiency for effective communication.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.

Individuals without hotel housekeeping experience will not be considered.
