Transform Lives as a Resident Assistant at Diamond Willow, an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Park Rapids, MN. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a sense of dignity, comfort, and joy for our residents.

Primary Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
• Management of Dementia-related Behaviors
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication Administration and Treatments
• End-of-Life Care

Other Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation
• Activities
• Daily Housekeeping and Laundry

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS background check.
• Study Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulation.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $17.50/hour based on experience, includes shift differential.
