Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities, enabling residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
- Administer daily medications.
- Foster meaningful relationships, creating a supportive and enriching environment for residents.
- Partner with the care team to monitor residents' physical and emotional health, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being.
- Offer kindness, patience, and understanding, bringing comfort to residents and their families during every interaction.
- Create moments of joy through engaging in activities that bring laughter, purpose, and a sense of belonging to those in your care.
- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences.
- Perform homemaking duties such as cleaning resident rooms and common areas and providing laundry services.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must be 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 may be considered if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
All applicants must possess a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors, along with empathy, patience, and a collaborative attitude. No previous caregiving experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided for all new team members.
Skills
No specific skills are required for this role, but a strong desire to care for others and a willingness to learn are essential.

Schedule & Compensation
- Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM, with rotating weekends.
- Wages: Up to $19.50/hour based on experience, includes shift differential.
