Evening Resident Assistant (PCA/CNA) No Mandating!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities, enabling residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
• Administer daily medications.
• Foster meaningful relationships, creating a supportive and enriching environment for residents.
• Partner with the care team to monitor residents’ physical and emotional health, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being.
• Offer kindness, patience, and understanding, bringing comfort to residents and their families during every interaction.
• Create moments of joy through engaging in activities that bring laughter, purpose, and a sense of belonging to those in your care.
• Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences.
• Perform homemaking duties such as cleaning resident rooms and common areas and providing laundry services.

Requirements

Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.

• No experience needed: While previous caregiving experience is a bonus, we provide comprehensive training for all new team members.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $19/hour based on experience, includes shift differential.
