About the role
Wentworth by the Sea Resort and Spa is accepting applications for a Captain to join our Banquet leadership team during both AM and PM events. Our food and beverage operation is extremely busy and offers a high earning potential.
Activities
- Organizing and supervising the service team for business meetings and social events
- Acting as a primary contact for our guests during each event
Requirements
- Strong leadership presence
- Ability to delegate responsibilities and oversee their completion
- Service experience preferred but not required
Schedule
- AM Banquet Captains: typically work during the opening shift Monday-Friday with flexibility in scheduling including some weekends and holidays
- PM Banquet Captains: work the PM closing shift position
Compensation
Base rate of pay per hour plus gratuity.
