Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete daily maintenance work orders promptly.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs.
- Inspect and maintain guest rooms, public areas, housing and hotel facilities.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems.
- Respond quickly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
- Repair doors, locks, furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
- Replace light bulbs, air filters, smoke detector batteries, and other routine items.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, front desk, and management.
- Aid in emergency maintenance situations as needed.
- Patch, paint, and repair drywall and other interior surfaces as needed.
Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED, preferred
- A valid driving license, with a clean driving record, is preferred
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be 18 years old or older to apply
- Must be able to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
- Ability to work well under pressure

Schedule
Day Hotel Maintenance crew works from 8:00am - 4:30pm, with actual shifts varying based on hotel occupancy.
