About the role
Your primary objective as a Restaurant Server is to create and maintain an atmosphere conducive to executing a WOW Food & Beverage experience.

The Hilton Mystic is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals who can be part of an exciting restaurant in the hospitality industry. This job will appeal to people who enjoy working in customer service, are energetic and outgoing, and want to join a great team and make money in a fun & friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and service customers
- Describe items on the menu (ingredients used along with how it is prepared, cooked and served)
- Take food and beverage orders
- Serve and check back with customers during the meal for any additional needs
- Provide checks and take payments
- Work with other restaurant employees to present an enjoyable dining experience to customers
Requirements
- High school diploma (required)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant server (required)
- Meet any city, county, state or other legal minimum age requirement to sell/serve alcoholic beverages (required)
Qualifications
- Some higher education (preferred)
- First Aid certification (preferred)
- T.I.P.S certification (preferred)
- Serve Safe certification (preferred)
- Previous T.R.A.C. training (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years hotel experience (preferred)
Pay
Compensation: $7.38 plus tips
