AM Bakery Driver Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Support both bakery logistics and café operations by ensuring products move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout our system.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and organization.
• Safely, efficiently, and accurately deliver and receive bakery products and supplies.
• Work flexibly on early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Lead with a team-first mindset and sense of ownership in daily operations.

Essential Functions / Working Conditions

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recent verifiable driving experience.
• Experience supervising teams of at least 7 drivers.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience creating schedules and monitoring route efficiencies.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to speak English required; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
