About the role

As a Baker, you will create “Raving Fans” among our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities we serve by preparing all pantry items (fillings, tarts, cakes, pies, breads, etc.) while maintaining a sanitary work station. You will follow restaurant policies and procedures to contribute to the profits and revenues of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time as scheduled and ensure uniform meets restaurant requirements.
• Maintain positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all shifts.
• Prepare all food items according to company specifications, recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards to ensure a superior guest dining experience.
• Follow proper food safety techniques, including personal hygiene, hand washing, glove use, and knife skills.
• Know and follow emergency procedures for the restaurant.
• Maintain the highest degree of sanitation and cleanliness for the work area, including prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and shelving.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift; report any unsafe conditions, acts, accidents, or injuries immediately.

Pay

Starting pay: $15.00–$24.00/hour based on experience.
