Alumni & Community Engagement Coordinator
Description
The Alumni and Community Engagement Coordinator at Carroll College plays a key role in strengthening connections between the college, its alumni, and the Helena community. This position assists in planning meaningful events, fostering engagement, and supporting donor cultivation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive schedule of alumni and community events, both in-person and virtual.
- Build long-term relationships and enhance institutional loyalty through planned events.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Advancement and Marketing to support stewardship activities, develop alumni-focused content, and highlight achievements.
- Serve as a liaison to the Helena community, cultivating partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and leaders.
- Promote educational and cultural programming and strengthen Carroll’s visibility and impact within the region.
Qualifications
- A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Communication, Business, or a related field, with 2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or two years of alumni engagement experience preferred.
