Community Engagement Coordinator (Off-Campus Housing and Student Community Engagement)

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT services or a similar field.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and infrastructure management tools.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in programming languages and software development frameworks.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
