Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT services or a similar field.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and infrastructure management tools.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in programming languages and software development frameworks.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
