Join us at All For Kids, a non-profit organization that has transformed lives by nurturing child well-being through innovation, inclusivity, and compassion. As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting systems that power impact.

Responsibilities

  • Building trust with families and connecting them to preventative services and community resources
  • Conducting outreach through phone, text, email, mail, and in-person engagement
  • Assessing family needs and supporting successful service enrollment
  • Collaborating with Family Resource Center staff, CMTs, and community partners
  • Tracking outreach efforts, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing data entry
  • Sustaining trauma-informed, family-centered, and culturally responsive services
  • Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and positive community relationships
  • Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed to support families and program goals

Requirements

  • An Associate's degree or sixty (60) college units in Human Services or a related field and 1 year of direct service experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities; or 3 years of direct service experience, including 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in English and bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese or Spanish (based on community needs) is required
  • Knowledge of public and private social service agencies, community resources, and Federal and State assistance programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds
  • Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills
  • A passion for serving and supporting diverse communities through high-quality client services

Schedule

20 hours per week in Lake Forest and 20 hours per week in San Juan Capistrano
