Salary: $40,954.00 - $49,578.00. Full-time, exempt position located at the Arkansas City Main Campus in Arkansas City, KS. Bachelor’s degree required.

About the Role

Cowley College is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Alumni & Fundraising Coordinator to strengthen alumni engagement and support the college’s fundraising initiatives. This role cultivates meaningful connections with alumni, coordinates events, and supports fundraising campaigns that advance the mission of Cowley College.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni through events, communications, and volunteer opportunities.
• Maintain and update the alumni database to ensure accurate contact and engagement records.
• Coordinate alumni events such as reunions, networking mixers, and recognition ceremonies.
• Produce alumni newsletters, social media content, and outreach materials.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni inquiries and support.
• Assist the Workforce and Community Engagement office as needed.
