Main Responsibilities

  • Aid in writing business requirements and executing test scripts
  • Perform data analysis and reconciliation for testing and validation of new functionality
  • Execute the governance framework for transformation globally
  • Maintain oversight of new functionality implementation to ensure effectiveness and address issues and bugs
  • Coordinate and develop training materials
  • Prepare and document process flowcharts
  • Analyze performance metrics of newly implemented initiatives
  • Support the preparation of materials for senior management and the organization regarding new functionality
  • Build strong, long-term relationships across State Street organization

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, or economics
  • 2+ years of experience working within an investment firm in a technology, front office, or software-related role
  • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to liaise with and influence senior subject matter experts
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrate sense of ownership and accountability for work
  • Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
  • Works collaboratively, builds effective working relationships, and promotes teamwork
  • Strong interpersonal, quantitative, and analytical skills with high proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Preferred experience in Alternative Investments

Pay

Salary Range: $52,000 - $94,120 Annual
