SS&C Accord is an AI-driven, end-to-end alternative investment service built for wealth managers and advisors. Our team combines intelligent automation with hands-on subject matter specialists to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Help prioritize work, guide complex workflows, and promote a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement
- Build relationships with wealth management clients, serving as a trusted point of contact for ongoing service and issue resolution
- Communicate clearly with clients on discrepancies, timelines, and platform updates, translating complex alternatives data into actionable insights
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of alternative investment data, including capital call and distribution processing, PCAPs, and data validation for reporting
- Contribute to client onboarding, coordinating with internal teams and fund managers to enable smooth setup and integration
- Leverage multiple platforms, including SS&C Accord’s AI-driven tools, to support efficient data aggregation and processing
- Identify potential risks and data quality issues early, partnering with cross-functional teams to support resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in financial services, within wealth management, fund administration, or an alternative investment operations environment
- Working knowledge of fund accounting and a solid understanding of commitment-based vehicles, fund of funds, capital calls, recallable distributions, and PCAPs
- Strong Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, SUMIF, and VLOOKUP; comfort working with large data sets and an ability to spot anomalies quickly
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
- Collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships across operations, technology, and client service teams
- Comfortable picking up new technology quickly; prior experience with Black Diamond, Salesforce, or alternative investment data aggregation tools is a plus
