Alternative Investments Business Transformation Business Analyst, Officer
About the role
This role is for an officer-level independent contributor within the Alternative Investments Transformation team. The role involves close collaboration with the technology team, internal stakeholders, and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and interpret end user requirements and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Resolve and escalate project and operational issues promptly.
- Provide business requirements and analysis to internal and external clients regarding current and future operating models.
- Create and execute documentation to ensure newly developed functionality aligns with business use cases.
- Understand and adhere to all relevant internal policies and procedures, and contribute to the development of best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- 3+ years of experience working within an investment firm in a technology, front office, or software-related role.
- Preferred experience in Alternative Investments.

$60,000 - $101,250 Annual
