About the role

This role is for an officer-level independent contributor within the Alternative Investments Transformation team. The role involves working closely with technology, internal and external stakeholders on varied and challenging projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and interpret end user requirements and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Resolve and escalate project and operational issues promptly.
  • Provide business requirements and analysis to internal and external clients regarding current and future state operating models.
  • Create test and execute documentation to ensure newly developed functionality aligns with business use cases.
  • Understand and adhere to relevant internal policies and procedures, and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 3+ years of experience working within an investment firm in a technology, front office, or software-related role.
  • Preferred experience in Alternative Investments.
