ALS Lab Manager with Security Clearance

About the role

The Senior ALS Lab Manager and Senior Program Manager positions require a security clearance. The Contracts Manager position also requires a security clearance. The Relativity Senior Systems Administrator and Project Management Manager 2 positions are open to candidates without a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Senior ALS Lab Manager: Manage laboratory operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and oversee quality control processes.
• Senior Program Manager: Plan, coordinate, and manage complex projects within government contracts, ensuring project success and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Contracts Manager: Develop and maintain contracts, manage contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Relativity Senior Systems Administrator: Provide technical support for Relativity systems, perform system administration tasks, and ensure system availability and performance.
• Project Management Manager 2: Oversee smaller projects, provide guidance to junior staff, and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and specifications.

Requirements

• Senior ALS Lab Manager: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of lab management experience, and a security clearance.
• Senior Program Manager: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of project management experience, and a security clearance.
• Contracts Manager: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, 5+ years of contract management experience, and a security clearance.
• Relativity Senior Systems Administrator: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, 5+ years of IT/systems administration experience, and a security clearance.
• Project Management Manager 2: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of project management experience, and a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with relevant software and tools, including but not limited to laboratory equipment, project management software, and IT systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Pay

• Senior ALS Lab Manager: $174,353 per year
• Senior Program Manager: $179,733 per year
• Contracts Manager: $128,797 per year
• Relativity Senior Systems Administrator: $109,738 per year
• Project Management Manager 2: $184,968 per year
