About the role

The Senior ALS Lab Manager and SubContract Manager positions require a Security Clearance. The Program Manager position also requires a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Senior ALS Lab Manager: Manage laboratory operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and oversee quality control processes.
• SubContract Manager: Oversee subcontractor performance, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Program Manager: Plan, coordinate, and manage program activities, ensuring project goals are met within budget and timeline.

Requirements

• Senior ALS Lab Manager: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of lab management experience, and a Security Clearance.
• SubContract Manager: Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of contract management experience, and a Security Clearance.
• Program Manager: Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of project management experience, and a Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Senior ALS Lab Manager: Experience in managing laboratory operations, knowledge of regulatory standards, and strong leadership skills.
• SubContract Manager: Strong background in contract management, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Program Manager: Proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Senior ALS Lab Manager: $160,988 per year
• SubContract Manager: $83,439 per year
• Program Manager: $133,354 per year

Schedule
