About the role
The ALS Lab Manager will oversee all aspects of the laboratory operations, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining state-of-the-art equipment.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the laboratory
- Manage and mentor laboratory technicians
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant guidelines
- Maintain and upgrade laboratory equipment
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, chemistry)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory management role
- Experience with eDiscovery processes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols
- Experience with laboratory informatics systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
