ALS Lab Manager

About the role

The ALS Lab Manager will oversee all aspects of the laboratory operations, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining state-of-the-art equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the laboratory
• Manage and mentor a team of laboratory technicians
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Maintain and upgrade laboratory equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
• Develop and implement quality control procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, chemistry)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory management role
• Experience with eDiscovery processes and technologies
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
