Job Responsibilities
Act as the technical authority for ALPHACAM, supporting prospects, clients, and internal teams.
Lead technical discovery conversations to understand customer workflows, machinery, and production goals.
Deliver in-depth software demonstrations tailored to real-world manufacturing scenarios.
Support sales initiatives by providing technical validation, not transactional selling.
Contribute to technical content, demo assets, and best-practice workflows.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to shape solution-focused messaging and positioning.
Represent Planit Canada at industry events, demos, and partner meetings as a subject-matter expert.

Qualifications
- Strong experience with CAM software and CNC machining processes.
- Background in wood, metal, or stone manufacturing industries.
- Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles (sales support, demos, consulting, etc.).
- Ability to present technical solutions in a clear, engaging manner.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Canada (up to 5 days per month).
