About the role
The Operator Program is allwhere's selective 12-week early-career program for high-potential graduates who want to launch their careers inside a venture-backed startup scaling rapidly across global markets. We are hiring a small cohort of Operations Specialists this summer. Operators join allwhere full-time for the duration of the program, gain rotational exposure across the Operations organization, and have the opportunity to earn a full-time offer at the end.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution across order management, customer experience, vendor coordination, and supply chain workflows
- Help ensure products flow on time to customers across multiple regions
- Manage and validate data across IT assets, inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, inventory, and customer orders
- Use third-party partner systems to place orders, track shipments, update records, and support customer workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support internal operations, customer SLAs, and audit readiness
- Rotate across multiple areas of allwhere’s Operations function, including order management, CX, analytics, vendor management, supply chain, and OEM program management
- Build a practical understanding of how a global IT asset operation actually runs
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support execution across the business
- Identify where your strengths fit best, with direct input from your mentor and sponsor
- Prepare reports and data summaries to support the Operations team and company SLAs
- Help identify bottlenecks, exceptions, and recurring operational issues
- Support root cause analysis on fulfillment delays, inventory gaps, vendor issues, and customer-impacting exceptions
- Contribute to process improvement projects using data, documentation, and workflow analysis
- Support high-priority operational projects tied to company growth, customer delivery, geographic expansion, supplier onboarding, and systems improvement
- Work directly with managers and team leads on initiatives that move the business
- Build the foundation to grow into a full-time operator role at allwhere
- Mentorship & Structured Development
- Structured weekly check-ins, with formal performance reviews built into the program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, graduating in 2026, with a strong academic record
- Interest in supply chain, logistics, operations, procurement, technology, data, or business operations
- Prior internship, co-op, or work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with spreadsheets, systems, and operational data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mindset - willing to take responsibility, follow through, and solve problems proactively
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and learning quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Bias for action and willingness to jump into hands-on execution
- Curiosity about how high-growth startups scale operations, systems, and teams
Qualifications

Pay
Program rate: $25/hour during the 12-week program
Schedule
Full-time conversion: base salary starting at $65K+
