Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth by developing and executing strategic territory plans across markets
- Serve as a dedicated resource for representatives carrying expanded alloClae quota, providing hands-on support to drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth
- Partner with assigned accounts to develop and execute customized practice development plans aligned with company expectations and customer rebate structures
- Lead practice-building activities, including lunch-and-learns, in-office events, and targeted marketing initiatives
- Evaluate and strengthen account execution through ongoing audits, including front-desk engagement (“mystery calls”), in-office marketing presence, website alignment, and social media activity
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with accounts to assess performance, reset goals, and establish actionable plans for continued growth
- Provide interim coverage and sales support for open or vacant territories, ensuring continuity of business and minimizing revenue disruption
- Develop and expand Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships and reference accounts, with a goal of establishing at least one new reference site per quarter
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to convert resistant or underutilizing accounts, targeting measurable increases in alloClae adoption (i.e., activating a defined number of new accounts per quarter)
- Maintain consistent field presence and execution through extensive weekly travel to support accounts and sales initiatives
- Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
- Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in medical, aesthetics, pharmaceutical, healthcare sales or related field required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience working with physician offices, clinics, or healthcare practices
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and drive product adoption
- Valid driver’s license and ability to cover a multi-state region
- C clearance of favorable background investigation required
