What is Bilt?

The Role

We are seeking an Alliance Concierge who will work closely with customers to roll out new products, adoption, and training. This role involves being boots-on-the-ground as an extension of property management partners' teams, understanding their product needs, and driving the rollout from signed contract to fully live, adopted, and thriving state.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in AI, implementation, customer success, account management, or operations
• Willingness to travel regionally, up to every week, for on-site launches and partner support
• Strong training and change-management skills
• Detail-oriented project management skills
• No job too small attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience in multifamily, property management, or proptech
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI, etc.)
• Experience managing partner relationships
