About the role

Peraton is seeking a junior level All Source Intelligence Analyst to provide analysis of multi-INT data to support production of analytic and targeting products for a national-level customer. The analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized intelligence products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders, including tactical teams as well as policymakers. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment under supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate and analyze disparate, raw data to uncover patterns and trends, developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt;
  • Develop, coordinate, incorporate feedback within, and deliver all-source intelligence products, targeting products, and/or briefings;
  • Ensure all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;
  • Maintain quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and support the implementation of corrective actions as needed;
  • Engage with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps.

Requirements

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree;
  • Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle;
  • Familiarity with the use of visual analysis tools to support the development of data-driven products;
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting national-level customers;
  • Experience working in the customer's operational environment;
  • Experience leveraging customer tools and databases to develop analytic products.

Pay

Target salary range: $80,000 - $128,000. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
