All-Source Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give clients the right answers. As a WMD All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will use your specialized technical experience and attention to detail to develop intelligence products and analytic assessments, providing actionable intelligence and context to support critical government decisions. This role involves understanding the adversarial WMD operational landscape, leveraging all-source analysis, and delivering high-quality tailored deliverables for senior policymakers and the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC).

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligence products and analytic assessments to provide actionable intelligence.
• Leverage deep experience with all-source analysis to understand the adversarial WMD operational landscape.
• Explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open-source information.
• Validate information and develop tradecraft while building assessments for senior policymakers and US IC-wide products.
• Adjust to changing mission requirements and deliver products within short time frames.
• Collaborate with other mission partners on production and lead briefings at unique events.
• Independently develop high-quality tailored deliverables, including actionable leads, ICD-compliant written products, and formal or informal briefings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with professional intelligence.
• Experience with all-source analysis production, including analytic tradecraft, ICD 203, and 206.
• Knowledge of applying and querying SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases.
• Ability to adjust to changing mission requirements and deliver products within a short time frame.
• Ability to collaborate with other mission partners and lead briefings at unique events.
• Ability to independently develop high-quality tailored deliverables, including actionable leads, ICD-compliant written products, and formal or informal briefings.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with all-source intelligence analysis and foreign WMD analysis, including WMD threats, missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, CBRNE and counterterrorism, and related military activities and operations.
• Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization.

Pay

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:

• Remote: Primarily virtual, with occasional in-person requirements at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
• Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with expectations aligned to leadership and role needs; may also require visits to customer facilities.
• Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, with direct collaboration required by the role.
