All-Source Intelligence Analyst
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled all-source analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give clients the right answers. This role supports critical decisions made in government and military by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source analytic production on intelligence issues critical to defense.
- Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
- Produce strategic-level assessments and products that address a specified client area of responsibility (AOR) using all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats.
- Deliver comprehensive production, often under pressure, as an authority on your topic.
- Grow expertise and broaden skillsets in analysis, writing, and communication.
- Share expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring.
Requirements
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings, and inputting to IC databases.
- Knowledge of ICD 203 and 206 analytic tradecraft standards.
- Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR.
- Knowledge of microelectronics.

Pay
Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:
- Remote: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with possible visits to customer facilities, aligned with leadership expectations and role needs.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers as required.
Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
