About the role

Our Lead Electricians maintain electrical service by diagnosing and repairing electrical problems in both residential and commercial applications. Because we do a little bit of everything, no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work on commercial and residential projects, new construction, service calls, generators, audio/video systems, security systems, and bucket truck work. One day you might be changing a light bulb on a streetlight, and the next day you could be installing a Tesla charger.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical problems, troubleshoot systems, and conduct tests.
• Repair electrical problems by replacing faulty parts and components.
• Maintain electrical systems by conducting system tests and completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with codes.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
• Accomplish maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of work location at completion of each day.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of electrical experience, preferably in residential and light commercial new construction settings.
• Extensive rough wire experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
• Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
• Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Qualifications

• Lutron lighting system knowledge (a plus).
• Experience using Service Titan or other app-based service programs (a plus).
• Generator installation and maintenance experience (a plus).

Pay

$25.00 to $45.00 per hour plus incentive opportunities.
