About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the monthly business review process as the primary mechanism for device performance inspection and cross-functional action;
- Leverage data and telemetry to discover and mitigate customer-facing pain points;
- Drive feature improvements across multiple technology stacks to lead global upgrade conversion and new customer acquisition strategy, delivering sustained adoption and performance across the installed base at scale;
- Define the sustaining product roadmap including device improvements, experience enhancements, and cost optimization programs;
- Develop a product lifecycle management and strategy plan across the portfolio;
- Shape how next-generation capabilities are delivered across device hardware generations with varying compute profiles;
- Translate device performance data, upgrade funnel analytics, and life cycle management impact analysis into investment priorities;
- Inform next-generation product development with lifecycle learnings and field insights.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product;
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition;
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders;
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights;
- Master's degree or equivalent.
