Alcohol and Drug Counselor-ACT Program
About the role
Seasons is seeking an experienced and compassionate Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join their Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The ACT program serves adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and is highly team-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Cook up and coordinate services to support client recovery and stability
Requirements
- Must hold an independent Iowa alcohol and drug counselor certification (CADC, IADC, or IAADC)
- At least three years of experience providing treatment to individuals with substance abuse disorders
- A valid driver’s license due to travel requirements
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required

Pay
$22.00-$26.00 per hour (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm plus 1 week on-call every 4 weeks
