Opportunity
As a case manager, you will:
- Work directly with clients to access services and resources during their substance use disorder treatment.
- Meet with clients to complete intakes, identify individual recovery needs, connect them to appropriate services, and assist them in navigating these resources.
- Develop a relationship with clients and guide them through their recovery journey, especially in encouraging them to follow through on recommended resources and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the treatment team, including the medical director, nurse practitioners, and counselors, to create comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, build strong relationships with clients, and thrive in a collaborative team setting. You will have the opportunity to grow within our organization and work with patients from various backgrounds. This is a full-time position reporting to the Program Manager.
Requirements
- A Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor - I or higher certification.
- At least one year of experience in addiction treatment.

- Fluency in Spanish.

The salary range is $26.00-36.00 per hour, with benefits included.
Schedule
The role is full-time, with a typical work week of 40 hours spread across 4-5 days.
