Requirements

• 7-10 years architecture firm working experience, preferably in a major city doing multifamily work with complex land-use regulations.
• This is not an entry-level job; please do not apply if you have less than 7 years of architectural firm experience. 10 years preferred.
• Prior experience with designing ground-up construction multifamily development projects, from concept design and zoning and building code research to construction document detailing, is required.
• Must know and be significantly proficient in Revit. Fluency in other programs such as Rhinoceros and AutoCAD is a plus, but not necessary.
• A team player but also someone who can work independently and find solutions to problems.
• Someone who may not have all the answers but who knows where to look to find them.
• Detail-oriented and capable of communicating effectively and professionally and assume responsibility for dealing with consultants, clients, city officials, and others.
• Must have degree from NAAB-accredited degree program. CA licensure not required, but must be in process of pursuing CA license.
