About the role

Albemarle Estate at Trump Winery is seeking part-time and full-time Breakfast & Dinner Servers to join our exceptional hospitality team. Our Servers warmly welcome guests each morning and evening, creating memorable five-star experiences that set the tone for their stay and leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate guests on Trump Winery and Albemarle Estate
• Serve wine and food to guests in an expeditious and highly guest-oriented fashion
• Setup and breakdown of breakfast and dinner service
• Clean, organize, and stock the kitchen, storage rooms, and restrooms
• Process transaction through the POS system

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Previous fine dining experience preferred
• Ability to interact and communicate professionally with guests
• Ability to anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Schedule

• Mornings (7:30am – 11:30am)
• Evenings (4:30pm – 10:00pm)
• Weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Pay

$25.00 – 35.00 per hour (Base Pay $9.00 hourly plus tips)
