About the role

The Technical Trainer I will develop, coordinate, and deliver training to Nabors personnel in support of the company’s competency program and business objectives. This position will include travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver training to Nabors personnel
• Support the company’s competency program and business objectives
• Travel to and from the North Slope as required

Requirements

• Experience in training and development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel regularly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development
